Guilhem Goisot is one of the rising stars of Burgundy. His father, the highly-respected Jean-Hughes Goisot, was a pioneer of Biodynamic farming. The Domaine releases some of the best value wines in Burgundy, praised by critics and wine lovers. Their area, Saint-Bris, was excluded from the Chablis appellation in the early 19th century, when the Phylloxera parasite was destroying crops and could put an end to the area's tradition of wine-making. It was later included in the Cote d’Auxerre appellation, making them a fully recognized Bourgogne winery, specialized in Sauvignon Blanc and Aligotè.
