A story of hard work and passion is what led Xavier and Clémence Weisskopf into purchasing the estate and devoting themselves to the restoration of the many century old vines and vineyards. Working with such old vines resulted in a natural low yield of grapes, enhancing taste concentration and perfumes in the wine. 

The winery is placed in the heart of Loire and Xavier made use of ancient rock caves, where he spent a long time for winemaking, using them as a storage thanks to the natural and all year round cool temperature.
