The 2019 passion breaks down to 55% Shiraz and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were fermented separately and blended post fermentation. The wine is not filtered and keeps its original vitality, boasting the bright fruity notes and structure that made Australian Shiraz from McLaren Vale acclaimed all over the world. A lively and passionate red wine, able to light up any meal and guarantee a lot of fun.
