Its vigour gives a glimpse of the Sardinian qualities. It's powerful, warm and inviting on the palate, with thick, round tannins, balanced by a pleasant acidity. This wine matures for some time in amphorae above the ground, in a heated place, an absolutely daring winemaking technique that resulted in exceptional roundness and power.
