A blend of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, perfectly balancing the fruitiness and lively character of the two grapes. The average age of the vines is 30 years, which is considered to be the peak in terms of production volume and taste, and the mixed soil (sandstone and clay) guarantees best results in terms of taste and aroma. A lovely wine, perfect to refresh the palate and have a good time with friends.
