A quite rare Sauvignon Blanc from Burgundy, made in big stainless steel tanks to preserve a fresh and zesty taste, it then follows the local tradition of oak ageing. The name comes from the prehistoric shells that populate the vineyards. Due to the age of the oak used for ageing the impact on the fruitiness of the wine is very light, with secondary notes of nuts and wood. Impressive in its lively and light character: easy to drink and a pure delight in the glass.
