Sicily is one of Europe's most fascinating and dynamic wine regions. Sicily enjoys consistent sunshine, low rainfall and plenty of coastal breezes, the island is simply perfect for grape growing. While heritage regions like Marsala put Sicilian wine on the map, Nero d’Avola is the most widely planted and celebrated red grape of Sicily, and there are other icons such as Grillo and Inzolia. Today, wineries in Sicily are also finding success with a range of international varieties. We couldn’t be more excited about Sicilian Wines and we hope you are too.
