You can't change them directly, but there's no need to worry. You can update your profile when your subscription begins. It's natural for your Swirl taste profile to evolve as your tastes and preferences change. By sharing your impressions and ratings of each wine, you help us see which wines you enjoy more, so we can adjust your taste profile to match your preferences over time.
Except on public holidays, wines are delivered at the end of each month. We'll send you a shipping notification email when your order is dispatched.
Yes, you can choose a morning or afternoon time slot at checkout.

Yes, shipping is free for Wine Club subscriptions (2 or 4 bottles).
You can find your code inside your account. Once you've confirmed the code is there, enjoy shopping the wine cellar. As long as you're logged into the same account as your subscription, the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
The discount varies slightly from month to month. It averages around 10%, but can range from 5% to 15%.
The Cellar
Only one wine in every thirty we taste makes it into the Swirl cellar, passing through a very narrow gate. We promise to deliver only the wines we can recommend with confidence. We take our time getting to know each wine we offer, much like wanting to learn more about a friend. We search the world over to find compelling wines, from small producers to hidden gems.
Yes, we carry a range of organic and biodynamic wines, and the selection keeps growing. For details on our selection, please see our organic wines.
Shipping
At this time, we don't offer shipment tracking. We're working hard to make this feature available soon.
Yes, you can specify a date and time slot at checkout. Please note that for Wine Club orders, only a time slot can be specified, as all deliveries are dispatched together.
Orders placed before noon are delivered the next day. Orders placed after noon are delivered the day after next. Note: orders received on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping is free on orders totaling 10,000 yen or more. Orders under 10,000 yen incur a standard shipping fee of 660 yen. In summer, we provide refrigerated delivery free of charge.
