How do I sign up for the Wine Club?
Get started by taking our short quiz here and explore your own true tastes.
Can I change my quiz answers after I sign up?
Nope but don't worry, you just need to do it once when you get started. We understand that your tastes and preferences will change over time and your Swirl taste profile will evolve with it. Rating your wines will help us know what you are enjoying more than others and allow us to tweak your profile over time.
When will my monthly wines arrive?
Wines are delivered during the last few days of the month except on public holidays. We’ll be sure to notify you of any special delivery arrangements.
Can I specify a delivery date and time that works for me?
Yes you can specify AM or PM during checkout.
What are the benefits of the Wine Club?
There are many, head to our Wine Club page and explore further.
Can I change the number of reds vs whites?
If you would like to update the number of red and white wines in your subscription, send us an email at hello@swirlwine.co.jp
Is shipping included?
Yes, our Wine Club includes free shipping for both the 2 bottle and 4 bottle subscription.
How do I use my Cellar Discount?
You can find out Code in your Account. Once you have the code, simply head to the Wine Cellar and start shopping. When you head to checkout, the discount will automatically be applied as long as you are logged into the same account as your subscription.
How much do I save on the wines I get from the Club?
It varies slightly from month to month. Usually it’s around 10% but it can range from 5% to 15%.
How do I find out about Events that are taking place?
We will be emailing you details about upcoming events. We are working on an events section of the website and will be sure to notify you once it is up and running.
Cellar
How are wines selected for the Cellar?
Only 1 in every 30 bottles we taste makes its way into the Swirl cellar, so rest assured you will only be drinking the very best wines. We take time to really get to know our wines, just like the way we do with our friends. We scour the world for unique gems and small-batch wineries that are making incredible wines.
Do you have Bio wines?
Yes we have a growing list of Bio wines, see our Bio wines here.
Delivery
Can I track my package?
Currently we don't have this feature, but we are working on it and hope to release it soon.
Can I specify a delivery date and time that works for me?
Yes you can specify a preferred date and time slot during checkout. Please note that for Wine Club, we can only accept a time preference as all orders are shipped on the same day.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 12.00pm will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 12.00pm will be delivered the day after next.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on all orders over ¥10,000. Orders under ¥10,000 will have a standard shipping fee of ¥660. We’ll offer refrigerated shipping during the summer at no extra cost.
