リュベロンの中心部、ルールマランの町に、シャトー フォンヴェールのブドウ畑が広 がっている。このドメーヌの歴史は1598年に遡る。1958年からMonod / モノ家が所有している。現当主はジェローム氏が務める。リュベ ロンはローヌで最も東のエリアで、気温が高く乾燥した気候だが、山の麓に位置した畑 は、冷たい風が対流している。そのため、ブドウの自然な酸味が保たれ、ワインの微妙 なバランスが生まれる。土壌は砂質と泥質の海洋堆積土壌であり、香り豊かなフィネス ある味わいがもたらされる。このフレッシュなワインは黄色い果実、柑橘類、フェンネルのアロマが際立っています。口当たりはフレッシュで滑らか。フィニッシュは風味豊かでスパイシー、そしてわずかに塩味を感じます。
