Collezione in Italian means ‘collection’ – and is used for selected, high level crafts. The Rosso Passo Collezione is a wine that has been carefully refined in oak prior to bottling, giving it a powerful taste. This velvety wine has a complex structure, with its taste coming from an intricate mix of Merlot, Sangiovese and Corvina grapes. This wine can easily be paired with roasts, grilled meat, game and mature cheeses, making it an ideal choice for your next gathering.
