ワイナリーはコートデュローヌ地方のオランジェとアヴィニョンの間、ロッケモウレ 村に位置する。1300年代、もとはイングランド国教会に属していたという歴史ある ワイナリー。現当主は1923年からシャトーを所有している、プランタン家のディ デェ・ファーブル氏。設立者のアンリ・プランタンが開拓したアペラシオンの一番高 いところにある最良の畑でのブドウ栽培は、その後の世代にしっかりと引き継がれ、 この地のテロワールを反映した味わいと伝統に基づく堅実なワインに貢献している。
力強く、黒果実の香りのワイン。口に含むと、シルキーでありながら力強いタンニン、赤果実の香り、そしてほのかなスパイシーさが広がる。
