Zibibbo is a grape that takes you deeper into the secrets of Sicilian wine. Finely aromatic, with prominent lychee and tropical fruits nuances. Intense, yet hits the palate with delicate and elegant taste. Grapes are harvested from the single vineyard "delle Quojane". Quojane is the estate slang for "Buzzard" as they constantly fly over the vineyard, watching for prey.

Turranio—dedicated to a famous monk winemaker that lived in the same area where this winery lies. The Sauvignon from Friuli is famous for its “green” notes—with an aroma of typical tomato leaf notes. In addition to this, the wine itself has a dry, mineral flavour with hints of passion fruit, grapefruit and cantaloupe. Pair it with herb-based first courses like herb risottos or asparagus.

The Barbera d’Alba is extremely intense and deep with a thick colour. It is tangy and cherry-like, with intense aromas of mature red fruits that dominate, along with notes of blackberry and prune. Pair it with oven-baked or roasted white meat, grilled meat and vegetables, meat stews, roasts and cheeses.
