Pinot Grigio from Villa degli Olmi, a family-owned winery in Veneto that produces distinctive wines from all over Italy. It is produced in the famous Greve region of Friuli, where viticulture has flourished since Roman times. The palate is fresh and pleasantly soft, with subtle citrus and delicate floral aromas enhanced by green apple and pear flavours. Dry, smooth and well-balanced, it is ideal as an aperitif. It also pairs well with risotto.
