“Baglio" is named after the typical country manor of feudal Sicily, represented beautifully on the elegant front label. Made with 100% Nero d’Avola, the varietal that had many fall for Sicilian red wines, thanks to the deep colour and intense taste. The ability of winemakers is often easily proved with their entry level wines and this is absolutely the case: Barone couldn’t create a better wine to suit the palate of a wide range of wine lovers. It’s a happy wine, the one that makes you feel warm, when your eye meets its label in the wine cellar.
