The Prosecco Rosé Millesimato is a rosé made with Glera (a prosecco grape varietal) and quite unusually blended with red pinot noir. A part of the sales from this wine is donated to an association that works on preventing breast cancer—a worthy cause to be supporting. The wine itself is bright light pink with a fresh and floral flavour. Pair it with fish-based main dishes and mushroom-based second dishes.
