Bosco del Merlo, in Veneto, is run by the third-generation Paladin sisters, Francesca and Martina. Since 2018 their "Life in Rosé" project has given a share of the proceeds from two rosés to breast cancer awareness, every year.

They never say drink rosé to fight cancer. Every October the winery turns into a place to learn about food, movement and rest. The wine comes at the end of the evening, quietly.

Swirl brings the Japan chapter to Trattoria Civi in Shirokanedai for one night, with six Bosco del Merlo wines poured across the chef's menu.

10% of the ticket price and of wine sold on the night goes to breast cancer awareness.

To the Hohoemi Fund, run by the Japan Cancer Society. One rule, no fine print. We publish the final figure on this page after the event.
