Reserve a seatEvery October the winery turns into a small school. Eating well, moving, resting. That is what "Life in Rosé" has been since 2018, run by the third-generation Paladin sisters at Bosco del Merlo, Francesca and Martina.
They never say drink rosé to fight cancer. First you learn something about your own body. You talk. You laugh. The wine comes last, set quietly on the table at the end of the day.
This year we are opening one of those evenings in Tokyo. One table, fourteen seats. Federico pours all six bottles himself and tells you where each one came from.
Nothing complicated is asked of you. Just come and eat well.
10% of the ticket price, and of any wine bought on the night, goes to the Hohoemi Fund at the Japan Cancer Society. That is the whole rule. We publish the final figure on this page once the evening is over.
THE SIX BOTTLES
It opens with the pale pink one, Glera with a little Pinot Nero folded in for colour. From there through to dessert.

Guests must be 20 or over. Cancellations accepted until 2 October. Please note any allergies when you book. The evening is hosted in Japanese, with English available throughout.
