Bosco del Merlo Winemaker Dinner @ Piccolo Grande

An exclusive event, a dinner with the maker, limited to only 10 seats.

As Japan reopened its borders to international travelers, we took the chance to invite our beloved winemaker to Tokyo. Martina Paladin represents the new generation of Bosco del Merlo winemakers. Have you ever wondered how the satisfying bubbles of Prosecco are obtained, or how the fruity, lovely taste of the grapes is preserved? This was the occasion to meet and speak directly with those behind the bottle.

The location was Piccolo Grande, a historical restaurant that has brought the signature taste of Italian food to Azabu-Juban for almost 30 years.

Guests were seated at the same table with other guests and the winemaker. The languages spoken were English, Italian and Japanese, with an interpreter available.
