A refined dining experience at The Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan, one of the oldest and most prestigious press clubs. Presidents, prime ministers, statesmen, corporate titans, and arts, cultural and sports celebrities from Japan and around the world have visited the FCCJ over the years.
We arranged a room and a special summer course menu at The Pen & Quill, the club's fine and secluded restaurant. A 6-course dinner was served, paired with 4 of our best wines, each introduced by our sommelier.

Amuse - White asparagus meunière with condiment sauce
Appetizer - Roasted lobster with spring vegetables
Fish - Today's fish with chef's special sauce
Soup - Cappuccino consommé
Meat - Sautéed beef filet with pepper sauce, or sautéed duck breast with morel mushroom sauce
Dessert - Today's dessert
Caffè - Coffee or tea
Wines: Prosecco Rosé Millesimato; Sauvignon Blanc Turranio; Olianas Cannonau; Pazzesco
