葡萄の一部は成熟の早い段階で収穫され、乾燥させる為にしばらくセラー内で寝かされます。残りは成熟のためにさらに一定期間植えられたまま収穫せずにキープします。
セラーでは、選りすぐりのブドウは収穫と同時に即座に醸造され、残りは自然換気によって乾燥します。
10か月の木樽熟成されたワインは力強く明るい黄金色で、ハーブや熟したトロピカルフルーツのような魅惑的な香りが特徴。
非常に洗練され、バランスの取れた甘さがあり、ゴルゴンゾーラやヤギのブルーチーズのような熟成チーズまたはジャム、ドライフルーツと合わせてお楽しみください。
