The Langhe Nascetta comes from a typical piemontese white grape—nearly extinct in the mid-20th century. It’s a grape that’s difficult to cultivate and requires expertise and care. The wine itself is a semi-aromatic variety with a brilliant, straw-yellow color. Its aroma comes with notes of flowers, salvia and thyme that only increases over time as it ages in the bottle. Have it as an aperitif or pair it with appetizers and fish-based dishes.
