Why I put this box together

I often hear that rosé is just red and white mixed together. The quickest way to clear that up is to taste three rosés made in different ways, side by side.
A copper Pinot Grigio ramato, a sparkling Prosecco Rosé and a fuller rosé from Napa. Colour and aroma differ so much that the conversation starts on its own.
