• Bosco del Merlo Pinot Grigio Rosé 2024 (Veneto): Pinot Grigio skins are faintly grey-pink. A little skin contact gives ramato, a coppery rosé that keeps the grape's freshness. See the Pinot Grigio guide.
• Bosco del Merlo Prosecco Rosé Millesimato (Veneto): Glera with Pinot Noir. Prosecco Rosé was only recognised as a DOC category in 2020, so this is still a new style. See the Prosecco guide.
