Napa Valley Chardonnay
Winery: Crosby Roamann
The Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked before dawn, and the juice is fermented in French oak barrels and then aged in oak barrels for 18 months. The result is a Chardonnay with a slightly greenish golden color with a white rose floral aroma, wholesome notes of apple cider and mellow flavors of peach juice and pineapple. This medium bodied wine is both full and round with an intriguing acidic backbone. Delightful now, the wine will gain complexity and reach its apogee in 2025 - 2028.
