About this wine
Fresh and ripe strawberry and rhubarb with a touch of dark cocoa and crushed red peppers lead to black tea and black olive tapenade on the finish. Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed and racked to 40% new French oak barrels then aged for seventeen months with minimal intervention. At its best between 2025~2030.

From the winemaker
