Turranio—dedicated to a famous monk winemaker that lived in the same area where this winery lies. The Sauvignon from Friuli is famous for its “green” notes—with an aroma of typical tomato leaf notes. In addition to this, the wine itself has a dry, mineral flavour with hints of passion fruit, grapefruit and cantaloupe. Pair it with herb-based first courses like herb risottos or asparagus.
