Bookings for Fabio (ファビオ飯) x Swirl at the Isetan Shinjuku Italy Fair 2026 opened at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 2, and all eight days sold out in about one minute.

To everyone who reserved a seat, and to everyone who tried, thank you. The response went far beyond what we expected, and we were honestly lost for words in front of the screen. Thank you.

If you have a reservation

We will be waiting for you at the main building event hall of Isetan Shinjuku, from Tuesday September 15 to Tuesday September 22. Fabio stands in the kitchen all eight days, finishing three signature pastas in front of you, and each plate comes with an Italian wine I chose for it.

I will be there myself. Let me pour your glass and tell you why that wine belongs with that plate. We are preparing so you can enjoy the pasta and the pairing right to the last bite.

If you did not get a seat

Seats were limited and many of you missed out, for which we are sorry. The four wines we pour at the counter are boxed as a set you can open at home. The counter pairing, on your own table.
