The name Swirl comes from swirling the glass to release the aromas. Events are where that name comes to life. Swirl the glass, smell, talk to the person next to you. No lecture required.
First-timers and connoisseurs at the same table.
A level playing field where anyone can enjoy wine, whatever their knowledge or experience. That is where Swirl started. Conversation, not a lecture. Grapes and regions only when you want to know.
The winemaker at your table.
Because we import directly from the wineries, we can bring the people who make the wine to Tokyo. Martina Paladin and Erica Nicodemo of Bosco del Merlo have both joined us. Hearing the story of a place from the person who lives it is something we protect.
A glass that helps someone.
A charity night at Conrad Tokyo, refugee education in Kenya, breast cancer awareness with Life in Rosé. A good night out that also does some good. We intend to keep it that way.

Our story so far
It started in 2022 with a wine bar launch at Kimpton Shinjuku and grew to The Peninsula Tokyo's Marunouchi Naka-dori nights, W Osaka, the Embassy of Italy and Isetan Shinjuku. Every event has its own report in News.
